It was great to be invited back to Al Tamimi.

Throughout my career as an Executive Voice Coach, I’ve strongly believed in breaking the glass ceiling to enable women to take their rightful place in senior leadership roles.

And this commitment has allowed me to work with so many amazing women’s groups across so many different cultures and countries.

So, to be asked by Al Tamimi & Company, the Middle East’s biggest law firm, to run an exclusive session for Emirati women, was a massive tick on my bucket list of communication skills workshops.

I was privileged to work with a select group of senior associates, trainee lawyers, compliance advisors and heads of HR, taking them through the journey of using their voice and presence to engage and inspire their listeners in all interactions, no matter how big or small.
