Gravitas And Leadership

As an Executive Voice Coach, when I’m delivering workshops I like to run people through the 4 key areas of gravitas as they relate to executive presence.

Why? Because it gets delegates thinking how one’s voice and presence are critical when it comes to projecting leadership.

It’s often not given the airtime it deserves, but I’ve worked with enough C-suite executives to know that, for some people, it’s a deal breaker.

– Speaking too fast
– Sounding boring
– An annoying pitch
– A weak voice

These are some communication traits I come across, when leaders are asking me why they are not commanding the room.

If you want to show confidence, be decisive, have integrity and project vision, then you need to harness the power of your voice and your presence.

Over the next 2 days, I’m going to be doing just that. I”m running my flagship masterclass “Projecting Leadership with Gravitas” as part of an in-person financial leadership program with delegates from Hong Kong, Singapore, Mumbai, Tokyo, Sydney and Melbourne.

I’m stoked because I know they will soon be commanding the room.
