Gravitas And Executive Presence
Recent research from the Center For Talent Innovation (CTI) found gravitas to be the core element of executive presence.
Breaking this down even further, the survey found that these four attributes were integral to having gravitas, and thus executive presence:
– Showing confidence
– Acting decisively
– Having integrity
– Projecting vision
Working with legal professionals, and especially Managing associates and Of Counsel on the pathway to partner selection, I use these as the foundation for all the 1-1 communication skills training I run for magic circle, boutique and US law firms.
So, it was a real privilege to be invited back by Linklaters to run my CPD accredited masterclass on Gravitas as part of their Asia Senior Development Program.
This would be my sixth year running the program and each time I get so inspired listening to, watching and assessing the cohort.
