I was thrilled to have been invited to the launch of ACcelerate Cohort 8, which coincides with the 5th anniversary of this fantastic initiative that has benefited over 170 senior female leaders in Hong Kong.

What a great evening, and what a fantastic panel discussing the ‘glass ceiling’, moderated by the effervescent Jayne Bok.

It was lovely to see so many people from the previous seven cohorts.

And, this is what it’s all about – the mutual support, the connection and the warmth.

I’m so excited to be part of the faculty together with Egon Zehnder. And, I’m really looking forward to running my session on “Storytelling For Business” with the new cohort.

Thank you Clare MUHIUDEEN for having me on board to work with such a fantastic group of women.
