Finding Their Voice

Companies that embrace neurodiverse talent report increased creativity, problem solving and productivity.

But, this message needs to get out there more, as well as the need to raise awareness of invisible disabilities.

The Talos Foundation in Hong Kong is dedicated to doing just that by providing training and workshops to educate and inform businesses and the wider community.

So, it was a joy to volunteer my time to run a session on public speaking for their speakers, to give them the skills and techniques to help them share their stories with clarity and impact.

It was fantastic to be hosted by Cooley LLP and Mary Schaus and thank you to Noelle Sinclair, MBA, Simon Fuller, Geoff Zaylor Chan and Emery Fung for making the session so engaging.

I wish you every success in helping to strengthen the voices for inclusion.
