A native Hong Konger, TL is a radio presenter at Commercial Radio Hong Kong (CRHK). As a professional VO artist he has voiced for Nissan, Cavalia, and the Hong Kong Tennis Open, among others.  He is also the voice of the Richshaw Sightseeing Bus tour guide, introducing sightseers to Hong Kong's many places of interest.
