Did you know that women score higher than men in most leadership skills? Here are some very interesting findings from Harvard Business Review.
Based on analysis of thousands of 360-degree reviews, out of 19 capabilities, women outscored men on 17 of these. I’m delighted that one of those was “Communicates powerfully and prolifically” which is something I get to see a lot in my line of work.
