What a great way to launch into my series of Tokyo workshops with an impactful, highly engaging group of legal professionals at Hogan Lovells.
Not sure where the time went, but thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone.
I began this particular session on a happy note, bringing up the rather unhelpful statistic that people fear public speaking more than death!
I strongly believe that with the right mindset, underpinned with practical techniques, speaking in front of large groups can move from being a major stress to something quite enjoyable.
Judging by the noise in the room, I think I proved my point.
