A Good Handshake
Enough with the wet fish handshakes.
It’s said that people judge you in the first seven seconds of meeting, so your handshake really counts towards making a great first impression.
Recently I’ve been meeting people and on the receiving end of a handshake that is sort of a handshake, but more of a finger shake – the ‘wet fish’.
Have you made a judgment about someone based on their handshake? I know I have.
So, just be aware of that all important first impression and never underestimate the impact of this simple gesture.
